Shipping Management Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage shipping performance for more than 60 North American suppliers delivering parts to hirify.global manufacturing plants worldwide.
• Monitor supplier on-time compliance, reschedule missed shipments, and support recovery plans.
• Process and monitor air and trial orders to ensure on-time delivery to overseas plants.
• Work with suppliers and cross-docks to resolve missed shipments, quality issues, and shipping compliance problems.
• Communicate with overseas customers about supply chain disruptions and corrective actions.
• Monitor freight flow with cross-docks and Logistics Operations, and train suppliers on export-specific processes before SOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or three years of applicable work experience.
• At least three years of supply chain management experience.
• At least three years of experience solving problems and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced supply chain operations.
• Strong problem-solving, quality, process development, and kaizen skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze data efficiently.
• Must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• hirify.global supply chain management or logistics experience.
• Experience with TBP or 5 Why analysis.
• S/4HANA (SAP) experience.
