Tire and Battery Service Advisor (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at Sam's Club, 2550 Immokalee Rd, Naples, FL 34110-1410, United States

Hourly wage: $21.00–$29.00 per hour. Additional premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may apply in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Maintain safety, organization, stocking, zoning, merchandising, and compliance standards across the Tire and Battery Center.
• Monitor tire and battery orders, assist with installation appointments, communicate lead-time changes and cancellations, and recommend alternative fitments or services.
• Advise members on tire and battery products, maintenance, repairs, warranties, purchasing decisions, and service options.
• Prioritize service-bay workflow and appointments using Sam's Garage, coordinating with the TBC Team Lead and technicians.
• Operate TBC equipment, complete vehicle service requests and documentation, process purchases and payments, and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Support sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings, using digital tools, and helping train and develop team members.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of tire and battery products, TPMS, service standards, equipment operations, safety procedures, and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging member situations.
• Ability to collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners while adapting to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Auto service industry experience.
