Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze talent acquisition metrics, reports, and dashboards for leadership and business partners.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve recruitment workflows, tools, and service delivery.
• Design and facilitate training for recruiters, Talent Acquisition Coordinators, and hiring managers.
• Provide Workday and talent acquisition systems support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing, and contribute to system enhancements.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation supporting consistency, compliance, audits, and remediation.
• Lead or support talent acquisition initiatives and provide guidance, workload direction, and feedback to Talent Acquisition Coordinators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources operations, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, reporting experience, and exposure to dashboard development; Tableau and Power BI are assets.
• Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, project management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the specified United States location; visa sponsorship and relocation support are not offered.
