Senior Analyst, People Operations

Location: Hybrid work with regular onsite attendance at the New York City office, United States

Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives across compensation and People Operations in partnership with Human Capital leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and measure outcomes.
• Improve Human Capital processes and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability.
• Support compensation and benefits activities, including data analysis, reporting, benchmarking, and cycle administration.
• Build models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making and transparency.
• Evaluate Human Capital systems and use automation and artificial intelligence to improve data quality, workflows, and employee experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Capital, operations, project management, or process improvement.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing scalable solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams, offices, and time zones.
• Experience supporting compensation, benefits, or People Operations is preferred.
