TL;DR
Bilingual Talent Planning Specialist (Talent Analytics/Workday): Supporting enterprise talent planning processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, data governance, and executive reporting, with an accent on accurate talent data, dashboards, and cross-functional HR coordination. Focus on maintaining Workday talent processes, validating large datasets, monitoring process completion, and transforming talent planning outputs into actionable insights.

Location: Chicago, Illinois; additional location: Rochester, New York. The primary work environment is a professional corporate office, with minimal travel possible for onboarding programs.

Salary: $58,800–$102,100 per year.

What you will do

  • Support the annual Talent Planning cycle, including Talent Reviews, 9-Box assessments, calibration, Critical Role reviews, Success Profiles, and succession planning.
  • Maintain talent datasets, tracking tools, governance documentation, reporting definitions, and business rules across Workday and supporting systems.
  • Conduct data audits and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of succession, readiness, and role-related data.
  • Produce dashboards, scorecards, talent movement reports, succession reports, and executive reporting materials.
  • Support Workday Talent Review and Succession processes, including testing, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, process efficiency, data governance, and talent planning operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, Business Analytics, Project Coordination, or a related area.
  • Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information and interpreting, validating, and organizing large datasets.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, attention to detail, process discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Workday experience.
  • Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to succession planning, talent management, HR analytics, or organizational development.
  • Experience supporting executive-level reporting.
