Senior HRIS Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, or remote within the United States

Salary: $115,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead HRIS platform evaluation, selection, requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, and go-live.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including timelines, stakeholders, risks, and change management.
• Own post-implementation administration, access management, security roles, configuration, upgrades, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity through audits, governance standards, and data quality controls.
• Develop HR reporting, dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analytics for leadership.
• Improve HR workflows, integrations, automation, documentation, training, and end-user adoption.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, HR technology, or a related systems-focused HR role.
• Experience leading at least one complete HRIS implementation or major system migration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, talent management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP, Rippling, or a similar HRIS platform.
• Experience with HR reporting, data analysis, dashboards, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, CCPA, GDPR, security practices, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
