Senior Specialist, Compensation

hirify.global is establishing Trinzic as an independent public company through the planned separation of its Mission Technology Solutions business, supporting government and commercial missions worldwide.

What you will do

• Administer broad-based compensation programs covering base pay, incentive plans, salary structures, job architecture, and annual compensation cycles.
• Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses for hiring, promotions, transfers, and other pay decisions.
• Evaluate positions and support job leveling and salary range recommendations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR colleagues, and business leaders on pay recommendations and offer development.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports, presentations, and insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain compensation documentation, support pay equity reviews and audits, and research market and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of compensation experience, including market pricing, job evaluation, and salary administration.
• Experience supporting broad-based compensation programs in a complex organization.
• Experience using compensation surveys and market data to support pay decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder partnership, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Nice to have

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
• Experience supporting compensation programs in a public company.
• Exposure to global compensation practices.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or change.
