Senior Compensation Analyst (Remote)

Location: Costa Mesa, United States; remote, hybrid, or in-office work options are stated.

Salary: $80,237–$139,077 base pay annually, plus eligibility for variable pay.

What you will do

• Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions, market practices, and business needs.
• Analyze market and economic trends and recommend updates to compensation programs.
• Use AI-enabled tools for compensation analysis, reporting, process improvement, and workforce insights.
• Evaluate new and revised roles and recommend salary grades within the job structure.
• Help administer base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs.
• Monitor compensation regulations and develop training and communication materials for HR teams and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compensation or comparable experience, including market analysis, job evaluation, salary administration, and stakeholder consultation.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity, analytics, or research tools to analyze data and support recommendations.
• Knowledge of federal and state wage-and-hour and equal-pay regulations.
• Experience presenting compensation analysis and recommendations to multiple levels of management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HR or compensation systems.
