What you will do
- Lead and coordinate complex R&D projects for gas turbine development.
- Manage technical requirements, project schedules, and budget constraints.
- Build and motivate high-performing cross-functional project teams.
- Coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present technical solutions in formal reviews and discuss requirements with suppliers and customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to support project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience leading complex R&D projects in technical environments.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, personal drive, and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Project management certification is considered an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of gas turbines, especially in electrical engineering, is considered an advantage.
