Project Manager – Product Development (Network Cameras & Radar)

What you will do

• Lead product development projects from initial idea and conceptual design through execution, industrialization, and volume production.
• Manage daily project activities, including planning, risk mitigation, progress tracking, and follow-up.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward successful project completion.
• Drive solutions and decision-making across electronics, mechanics, software, quality assurance, industrial design, production testing, and regulatory approvals.
• Work with the product owner to refine product ideas and requirements.
• Engage with project members to understand challenges and coordinate the complete product project.

Requirements

• Professional experience in project management within product development projects.
• Interest in people, project management, and new technology.
• Ability to take full responsibility for assignments and support team performance.
• Easy verbal and written communication in Swedish and English is required.
