Project Manager Data Center Finland

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects and act as the primary customer contact.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, field service representatives, equipment coordinators, technical teams, and other onsite partners.
• Manage information requests, technical alignment, project meetings, status reporting, documentation, and closeout materials.
• Coordinate manufacturing progress, equipment logistics, factory witness tests, delivery of chillers, commissioning, warranty work, and customer snag lists.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, variations, and work outside the contract scope.
• Ensure personnel and subcontractors meet site eligibility, safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in data centers, HVAC, industrial systems, or similar technical environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and complex project lifecycles, including commissioning, warranty processes, and field service.
• Knowledge of equipment logistics, manufacturing timelines, site readiness, subcontractor coordination, and technical documentation.
• Strong risk management, planning, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English and Finnish is required.
• Commitment to safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and customer outcomes in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
