What you will do

• Manage branch priorities and execution to drive growth, revenue, market share, and overall branch performance.
• Develop relationships with consumer and business clients through proactive outreach, discovery conversations, meetings, and community involvement.
• Lead and coach the branch team to deliver technology-enabled, advice-oriented customer experiences and effective problem resolution.
• Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate business results and pipeline activity with internal business partners and support business banking growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of industry-relevant experience; comparable managerial experience may be required for operations-focused backgrounds.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, prospecting, customer experience, and people management.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks are required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking laws.
