Portfolio Manager III (Retail Lending)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA; Wilmington, DE; Washington, DC; Tysons Corner, VA; Chicago, IL; or New York, NY

Base salary: $112,000–$249,600 per year

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate complex retail lending portfolios, potentially exceeding $70 million in size.
• Support product managers in delivering initiatives from ideation and funding through discovery, development, implementation, and optimization.
• Develop, manage, and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlogs, and roadmaps with business and technology leaders.
• Coordinate dependencies, competing priorities, governance, project funding, staffing, and annual planning across the enterprise.
• Oversee portfolio budgets, reporting, milestone analysis, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Drive agile and operational transformation, mentor portfolio managers, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, project management, analytical thinking, consulting, and organizational leadership.
• Ability to manage risk, budgets, governance, and high-complexity portfolios across multiple business functions.
• Familiarity with product development and collaboration tools such as Adobe, Tableau, FigJam, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
• Must work in an in-office setting at one of the listed U.S. locations; visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
