What you will do

• Manage enterprise technology portfolios and present portfolio health to executives, including the CIO direct leadership team.
• Identify and resolve portfolio insights, opportunities, gaps, conflicts, and delivery impediments.
• Align portfolio OKRs with enterprise goals in partnership with program managers and technology and business executives.
• Manage talent across program managers, portfolio leads, release train engineers, and scrum masters.
• Oversee portfolio budgets, resource estimates, outsourced projects, and third-party vendors.
• Establish executive reporting standards and support governance, benefits management, organizational change, and enterprise intake processes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience managing highly complex, matrixed IT programs with budgets up to $25 million.
• At least 5 years of people management experience with a record of developing talent.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a portfolio of AI agents and AI-enabled products.
• Deep understanding of project and software development life cycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong judgment, analytical, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Agile or PMP certification.
• Experience monitoring vendor performance and managing requirements solution workshops.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, Aha!, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Four-year college degree in project management, computer science, information systems, communications, or a related technical field.
