Operations Support Manager (E-commerce Fulfillment)

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (Target base salary)

What you will do

• Manage the 60–90 day implementation phase for new SFN partner sites, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Configure dashboards and implement site layouts and equipment set-up to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct tailored training sessions for stakeholders on WMS systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and improve KPIs and SLAs to ensure a world-class merchant experience.
• Perform operational audits, identify process gaps, and create training plans to bring sites up to standard.
• Oversee inbound/outbound activities, returns, and VAS in compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of operations leadership experience in an e-commerce fulfillment environment with 3PL relationship management.
• 3+ years of experience in opening new building sites and setting up teams.
• Ability to be on-site up to 90% of the time, including weekends.
• Must have access to a vehicle for travel between locations.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Advanced understanding of outbound and inbound fulfillment operations.

• Ability to create and read CAD drawings to review building layouts.
