Senior Consultant (AI/Financial Services)

Location: United States; candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office or approved coworking location. Consultants may work onsite at client locations based on engagement needs and are expected to work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location at least three days per week between engagements.

Salary: $124,000–$130,000 yearly, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Work as a Forward Deployed Business Analyst embedded with financial services client teams and own business outcomes.
• Use AI, no-code, low-code, automation, and analytics platforms to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, and delivery.
• Assess processes, systems, data flows, risks, dependencies, and pain points to shape strategic transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, data requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
• Support solution design, system implementation, workflow optimization, integration planning, UAT, validation, and implementation readiness.
• Manage workstreams, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, stakeholder communications, executive materials, proposals, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, AI engineering and computing, computer science, data science, financial engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services with demonstrated business problem-solving, analytical thinking, professional communication, and use of AI tools.
• Foundational proficiency with AI/GenAI tools, prompt engineering, responsible AI governance concepts, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and related analysis and presentation tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, ownership, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills in a client-facing environment.
• Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
