Sr Implementation Consultant - Stock Plan Services (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States

Base salary: $72,200–$101,975 per year

What you will do

• Plan timelines and implementation activities for new clients.
• Convert, import, review, and validate equity plan, transaction, cap table, fair value, and stock-based compensation data.
• Configure stock plan databases, plans, vesting and termination schedules, participant portals, broker portals, and models.
• Coordinate with internal and external broker-dealer teams on brokerage configuration, account setup, and initial share balances.
• Communicate with clients, participate in implementation calls, and resolve data-related questions.
• Develop implementation processes, checklists, training plans, and client training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong data analysis, conversion, validation, database configuration, and system setup skills.
• Knowledge of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to train clients and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.
