What you will do

• Manage sales pipelines and sell consulting engagements to large US financial institutions to meet sales targets.
• Lead initiatives to identify growth opportunities for Issuing Bank and Credit Union partners and close deals.
• Develop strategic frameworks and actionable insights to optimize portfolios and customer engagement.
• Analyze large industry and internal data sets to provide strategic guidance and recommendations for client priorities.
• Collaborate with internal Account Executives and Client Marketing teams for comprehensive account planning.
• Build scalable toolkits and best practice documents to be applied across the VCA practice.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Experience at a large management consulting firm or a US Financial Institution.
• Strong analytical and quantitative background with a significant focus on impacting ROI.
• Deep understanding of banking operations, payment schemes, and card issuing processes.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.

• Advanced degree such as a Masters, MBA, JD, or MD.
• 9+ years of relevant work experience.
