Associate Technical Designer - Lee

What you will do

• Develop and finalize pre-production patterns, technical construction specifications, and materials for seasonal apparel product lines.
• Manage technical development activities and timelines in line with brand go-to-market milestones.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Production Technical Design, Manufacturing, overseas offices, and vendor suppliers for production-ready handoffs.
• Manage product changes, technical specifications, workflow information, bills of materials, labeling, packaging, and folding guides.
• Administer fit blocks, 3D pattern design, and asset management while maintaining technical construction manuals.
• Resolve pattern, construction, quality, finishing, findings, and systems issues during pre-production, escalating exceptions when needed.

Requirements

• Apparel manufacturing experience with extensive knowledge of pattern development, technical product development processes, and related systems.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end product manufacturing processes.
• High proficiency with Browzwear and Gerber AccuMark.
• Strong organization, communication, networking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate technical specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with jeanswear bottoms.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel, and Smartsheet.
