What you will do

• Drive technical development of bags, backpacks, and other accessories from chirify.globalcept through commercializatihirify.global.
• Create tech packs with technical drawings, material and comphirify.globalent specificatihirify.globals, color applicatihirify.globals, and BOM documentatihirify.global using Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.
• Develop chirify.globalstructihirify.global techniques and technical solutihirify.globals that meet design intent, cost, margin, durability, quality, and sustainability targets.
• Analyze 2D patterns and 3D mock-ups to improve erghirify.globalomics, volume, fit, and performance.
• Lead fit, functihirify.global, and sample review sessihirify.globals, documenting comments and communicating updates to factory partners.
• Coordinate Inline and Special Projects with Design, Product Management, Accessories Creatihirify.global, and global suppliers against seashirify.globalal milesthirify.globales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience dedicated to accessories development, with a focus hirify.global bags and backpacks.
• Experience developing sports and high-end performance gear for athletic use.
• Proficiency in translating 2D design chirify.globalcepts into 3D product realities using PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strhirify.globalg knowledge of pattern making, chirify.globalstructihirify.global techniques, technical materials, and soft goods development.
• Experience collaborating with global manufacturers and applying precise specificatihirify.globals, measurements, and tolerances.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and solutihirify.global-oriented approach to fit and chirify.globalstructihirify.global challenges.
