Fashion / Product Developer Designer (Intimate Wear)

What you will do

• Translate sketches and mood boards into detailed digital tech packs with graded specifications, construction callouts, stitch types, and trim details.
• Research and source fabrics, hardware, and wash finishes while balancing design intent, cost, and sustainability targets.
• Lead remote fit sessions and communicate pattern adjustments and construction fixes to manufacturing partners.
• Manage factory and vendor communication, including pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and production troubleshooting.
• Own the production calendar from sampling through bulk delivery and flag delays using project management tools.
• Define quality standards, conduct remote inspection checks, and prepare costing sheets against wholesale and retail margins.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fashion product development, technical design, or production management.
• Proven apparel development experience with specific expertise in intimate wear.
• Advanced tech pack creation skills; Adobe Illustrator is required.
• Strong knowledge of woven, knit, and cut-and-sew construction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and confidence collaborating remotely across time zones.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet video-call space, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant apparel and intimate wear development work; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLO 3D or Browzwear.
• Experience working with Asian or European manufacturing hubs.
• Familiarity with PLM software.
• A bachelor’s degree in fashion design, fashion merchandising, product development, or a related field.
