Salary: $70,000 – $95,000 annually + equity

What you will do

• Manage purchase orders for direct and indirect materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate inventory control activities, including cycle counts and material replenishment.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, and logistics operations to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation in company systems.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Finance to resolve delivery issues and optimize supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise eligible for ITAR export control requirements.
• Must be able to work full-time, W2, onsite in El Segundo, CA.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Engineering.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn new software platforms.
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience purchasing direct materials, MRO items, or capital equipment.
• Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
