Supply Chain Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in El Segundo, California, United States. Full-time W-2 employment is required, with occasional local travel to suppliers, service providers, or customers. Applicants must meet U.S. ITAR and export-control authorization requirements.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Create, issue, manage, and document purchase orders for materials, equipment, tooling, consumables, MRO items, and services.
• Source suppliers, evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing and lead times, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, order status, delivery schedules, quality concerns, and vendor performance.
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, replenishment, material movement, and organized storage.
• Manage receiving, outbound shipping, freight scheduling, packaging, labeling, and shipment tracking.
• Support production schedules, supply chain process improvements, and operational projects.

Requirements

• Must be able to work full-time, W-2, onsite in El Segundo, California.
• Must satisfy ITAR/U.S. export-control requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible person.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to learn new software platforms and business systems quickly.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, and prioritization skills; willingness to work extended hours or weekends when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience purchasing direct materials, MRO items, tooling, or capital equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, supplier management practices, ERP, or WMS systems.
