Software Engineer - AI

Location: US - Remote

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annual pay

What you will do

• Design and develop Python services, APIs, and AI-enabled applications for business use cases.
• Build applications that process and present data from enterprise systems, relational databases, and external services.
• Integrate LLM capabilities using prompt orchestration, RAG, tool use, and agent-based workflows.
• Design architectures balancing scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization across application and API layers.
• Contribute across the full stack, including React interfaces, data integration, and cloud or on-premises deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience building production applications.
• Strong Python skills and experience with APIs, backend services, SQL, relational databases, and data-centric applications.
• Experience with React or another modern web framework.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to learn new technologies and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-enabled applications with LLMs, RAG, agents, MCP, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, NVIDIA AI software, NVIDIA Blueprints, NIMs, or CUDA.
• Experience designing distributed or event-driven systems.
• Consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.
