Salary: $165,000–$185,000 USD base pay annually

hirify.global and Clari are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System and enterprise revenue intelligence platform.

What you will do

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for the AI Context Layer, including knowledge graphs, RAG engines, and retrieval infrastructure.
• Partner with feature teams and data engineering to define data requirements and ensure reliable platform dependencies.
• Design access control and RBAC for multi-tenant data, agent identity, and fine-grained permissions.
• Define scalable APIs, SDKs, and developer interfaces for internal platform users.
• Lead architecture discussions, design and code reviews, and technical standards for data modeling, storage, retrieval, and governance.
• Drive platform adoption, documentation, onboarding, hiring, and delivery across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, focused on data-layer or search and retrieval infrastructure.
• Production experience designing knowledge graphs and/or large-scale retrieval and search systems.
• Deep expertise in RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding-based retrieval, evaluation, quality tuning, and relevance optimization.
• Strong understanding of access control and RBAC in multi-tenant, data-rich environments.
• Experience designing developer-facing APIs and SDKs, plus familiarity with data governance, lineage, and auditability.
• Experience with Python and/or Java and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives across engineering, product, data, and leadership.
