What you will do

• Analyze and refine high-level business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures.
• Lead a dedicated cell responsible for the full lifecycle of AI-enabled features.
• Design, develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents and frameworks that automate complex workflows.
• Build, maintain, and scale backend, frontend, database, and cloud infrastructure components.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients.
• Research and propose tools, frameworks, and methodologies that improve productivity and product performance.

Requirements

• Significant professional full-stack software development experience across backend technologies such as Python, Node, or Go, frontend technologies such as React or Next.js, and database design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end test automation for non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude Code, Codex, or similar agentic tools.
• Advanced or fluent English is required for international client collaboration.
