Product Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, with frequent travel requirements and flexibility to commute to the office as needed.

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Translate customer requests into product requirements and impactful features with product managers and engineers.
• Capture, document, prioritize, and communicate client requirements, technical specifications, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and execute test strategies to verify feature quality and performance.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and client training for hirify.global software tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve workflows and AI utilization.
• Identify product enhancement opportunities and contribute to development process and tooling improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an engineering role, including customer-facing work.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and independent prioritization.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code in a relevant language such as Python or React, with basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and web APIs.
• Experience with AI model monitoring, data validation, automation tooling, AWS Bedrock, Python, SQL, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS.
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation, RAG architectures, LLM MCP servers, prompt engineering, and function calls.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLflow and Airflow.
• Experience with LangChain or PydanticAI.
