Senior Recruiter - G&A (AI Recruiting)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and senior-level roles across Finance, Legal, People, Enterprise Operations, IT, Facilities, and other G&A functions.
• Advise senior and executive leaders on workforce needs, candidate profiles, hiring strategy, and interview plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines across technology, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and adjacent industries.
• Use AI, automation, recruiting data, and market intelligence to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, workflows, and pipeline management.
• Lead candidate assessment, offer negotiations, closing strategies, and personalized candidate experiences.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and compliance while mentoring recruiters and sourcers on G&A hiring and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant G&A or corporate-functions hiring.
• Experience independently leading complex, senior-level searches from intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience advising senior executives and influencing hiring decisions with data and market expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and recruiting technology, including practical and scalable AI workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and consultative partnership skills.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, including privacy, confidentiality, bias mitigation, and human oversight.
