Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Partner with senior DEPA leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with long-term workforce plans.
- Lead end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles while continuously improving interview frameworks and assessment methodologies.
- Conduct talent mapping and execute sophisticated multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Leverage recruiting analytics and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and improve hiring decision-making.
- Guide leaders through complex offer strategies while balancing market realities and internal equity.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical organizations in high-growth environments.
- Proven success influencing senior leaders through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation.
- Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement capabilities.
- Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Must be able to work from the Dallas office 3 days per week.
