What you will do

• Partner with senior DEPA leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with long-term workforce plans.
• Lead end-to-end hiring for critical technical roles while continuously improving interview frameworks and assessment methodologies.
• Conduct talent mapping and execute sophisticated multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Leverage recruiting analytics and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and improve hiring decision-making.
• Guide leaders through complex offer strategies while balancing market realities and internal equity.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical organizations in high-growth environments.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement capabilities.
• Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Must be able to work from the Dallas office 3 days per week.
