Staff Recruiter

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Dallas office, Texas, United States

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for critical roles across Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies and long-term workforce plans.
• Use market intelligence, compensation trends, talent mapping, and recruiting analytics to guide hiring decisions.
• Improve interview frameworks, assessment methods, calibration, and structured hiring processes.
• Build inclusive sourcing strategies, strengthen candidate experience, and support employer branding.
• Advise stakeholders on complex hiring decisions, offer strategy, and internal equity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting DEPA organizations in high-growth environments.
• Experience influencing senior leaders through data, market expertise, and strategic consultation.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, process optimization, and recruiting analytics.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, AI-enabled tools, and ATS platforms such as Ashby, Lever, or Workday.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based out of the Dallas office.
