What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through signed offer.
• Source candidates through competitor mapping, adjacent industries, referrals, and AI-powered tools.
• Build interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience practices, and recruiting funnel and time-to-fill reporting.
• Manage external recruiting partners as needed.
• Help shape the company's hiring strategy and growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house work at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Experience with technical or research hiring, or a strong desire to learn it.
• Track record of high-volume go-to-market hiring, such as account executive or field sales recruitment.
• Fluency with modern recruiting and AI tools, with the ability to automate repetitive work.
• Strong ownership, speed, prioritization, and bias for action.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
