What you will do

• Partner strategically with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to negotiating and closing offers.
• Attract GTM talent globally and build proactive pipelines for commercial roles.
• Research local talent markets and develop creative approaches to engage passive candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Help improve candidate-journey tooling and scope features through hackathons and collaboration.
• Support a small, lean, team-oriented Talent Acquisition function.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced technology company.
• Strong track record of hiring for GTM roles.
• Deep expertise in global hiring and adapting recruitment approaches across cultures.
• Ability to become a trusted partner to hiring managers and create a strong candidate experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be based in Ireland or Austin, Texas.
