Location: Boca Raton, Florida, United States

Salary: $75,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement planning strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and review planning documents, reports, and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans, and address delivery challenges.
• Provide updates and reports to management and stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of planning principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with relevant planning software and tools.

• Relevant planning certification or licensure.
