Lead / Expert, DeFi Ecosystem Growth (Web3): Defining and executing global growth strategies for DeFi products, on-chain initiatives, and ecosystem partnerships with an accent on user adoption, product positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building relationships with protocols and industry partners, translating Web3 trends into growth opportunities, and independently driving complex initiatives from strategy through execution.

What you will do
- Define and execute global growth strategies for DeFi products and broader on-chain ecosystem initiatives.
- Analyze Web3 users, products, ecosystem trends, data, and feedback to identify adoption and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams on strategic initiatives.
- Build long-term relationships with protocols, projects, technology teams, and ecosystem partners.
- Provide industry and user insights for product positioning, user experience, go-to-market, and ecosystem strategies.
- Lead complex global, cross-functional initiatives independently from strategy through execution.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in internet, fintech, crypto/Web3, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 products, and public blockchain ecosystems.
- Experience in growth, product operations, ecosystem development, business development, or related functions.
- Strong product mindset, analytical ability, structured problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to drive complex initiatives independently in a fast-moving, cross-regional environment.
- Fluent English required for collaboration with global teams and partners.
