Product Manager (DeFi)

Solv Protocol is a DeFi platform focused on Bitcoin Finance, offering SolvBTC and liquid staking products that connect Bitcoin with traditional finance, centralized finance, and decentralized finance.

What you will do

• Design and deliver payment products from concept through launch.
• Research customer needs and translate them into use cases and standardized product designs.
• Write and maintain PRDs, API specifications, and process flows for engineering handoff.
• Coordinate product requirements and technical integrations with fintechs, payment providers, and banks.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to clarify requirements and keep delivery on track.
• Monitor market trends and industry products to identify opportunities for improvements and new solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain, fintech, payments, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience as a product manager owning live products.
• Strong logical thinking and technical fluency, including the ability to translate business needs into product designs and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with developers and coordinating product execution.
• English writing proficiency is required; spoken fluency is a strong advantage.
• Curiosity about digital finance, strong self-learning ability, and a practical, reliable, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with OTC platforms, exchanges, custodial wallets, or enterprise and payment system integrations.
