Operations Leader (Prediction Market)

Binance is building a decentralized wallet ecosystem with on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a decentralized exchange, and decentralized Earn products.

What you will do

• Own the overall operations strategy for the prediction market business, focusing on growth, participation, liquidity, and market health.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion across the user journey.
• Design and operate mechanisms that improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement.
• Identify and manage key event-driven market categories, including sports, esports, politics, and policy.
• Work with product, marketing, data, and technology teams to launch features, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor metrics, analyze performance, conduct competitor research, and build scalable operational frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, growth, or product operations.
• Strong understanding of prediction market products and user behavior.
• Familiarity with liquidity management and mechanisms that drive participation.
• Understanding of event-driven markets such as sports, esports, politics, policy, and trending topics.
• Strong data analysis, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, betting, gaming, trading, fintech, or similar fast-paced platforms.
