Product Manager (Web3)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York

Compensation: $190,000 – $290,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end developer dashboard, including signup, app creation, and observability features.
• Drive product-led growth by optimizing the developer journey from documentation to paid production usage.
• Build and scale AI-native onboarding and agent-mediated usage flows for AI coding agents.
• Lead rigorous experimentation, including A/B testing and pricing/packaging strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and finance to drive revenue outcomes.
• Analyze data directly from the warehouse to identify funnel drop-offs and inform product decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, specifically with developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a self-serve product funnel.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building models and auditing instrumentation.
• Technical proficiency to prototype with APIs and AI agents and read code.
• Experience in building and maintaining a culture of rigorous experimentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
