Associate Director, Construction Management

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; Omaha, NE; St. Louis, MO; or Boise, ID, United States

Salary: $140,769–$197,077 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Lead experienced, culturally diverse teams and contribute to business strategy.
• Act as a key account manager, developing trusted client relationships.
• Develop new business and repeat project opportunities with existing clients.
• Oversee strategic client projects and deliver against contractual performance measures.
• Apply cost management expertise and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor employees and lead the team in delivering quality and client value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction experience, including previous cost management experience in the data centre sector.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within data centres.
• Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Chartered status; RICS membership is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence leading client meetings.
