What you will do

• Lead the transaction management services team and oversee day-to-day workload, delivery quality, training, and staffing.
• Implement client strategy, service metrics, transaction processes, tools, and technology platform modules.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, landlords, brokerage professionals, and third-party partners.
• Coordinate lease, sale, sublease, and purchase transactions, including negotiations of business terms.
• Track client deliverables, identify risks, provide timely advice, and manage special projects.
• Collaborate with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, Finance, Accounting, and account leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in real estate transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience with complex, high-level transaction management.
• Experience with lease negotiations and transaction strategy.
