Global Project Management Office (PMO) Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be within 45 minutes of a major regional airport and available for approximately 20% travel.

Salary: $187,000–$225,000 base salary annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Run and expand the global Project Management Office as a center of excellence for professional services.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of 10–20 project managers and project coordinators.
• Oversee project planning, execution, risk mitigation, communication, budgeting, financial controls, scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Monitor the professional services project portfolio through reports and dashboards, identifying early warning signs and troubled projects.
• Participate in customer escalations, strategic presales meetings, QBRs, and client meetings.
• Establish PMI-aligned best practices, processes, tools, resource assignment practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a client-facing services sales or delivery role.
• Successful experience working within a Project Management Office for large programs and leading project teams.
• Experience with customer relationship management, financial management, contract administration and negotiation, policies and procedures, or program management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and technical communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; current PMP certification is preferred.
• Must be US-based, within 45 minutes of a major regional airport, and able to travel approximately 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Smartsheet, Certinia PSA, and Confluence.
• Experience in PAM security, IT security, network, and IoT technologies.
• Experience with enterprise and strategic accounts.
