Senior Project Manager (Government SaaS)

Location: Remote based in the United States; ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Annual base salary: $120,000–$140,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage Professional Services engagements from initiation through completion using formal project management principles.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, workstream mobilization, and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Track project health, progress, risks, variability, budgets, and delivery timelines; implement mitigation and reporting strategies.
• Manage client and stakeholder communications and serve as the first point of project escalation.
• Coordinate collaboration among consultants, architects, PMO, Cloud Operations, Product, Support, and partners.
• Support proposal development, budget estimation, new business growth, and expansion of existing projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years leading successful implementations of enterprise or COTS government software for Tier-1 government clients.
• At least 5 years leading complex projects with budgets of $1M or more, durations of 12 months or longer, and multiple government departments or groups.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects at different delivery stages and using formal project management tools such as MS Project and Visio.
• Strong technical, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage competing client demands.
• Ability to communicate with CxO-level personnel and understand and apply new technologies and methodologies.
• BA or BS in a technical discipline or a similar technical degree program.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise.
• Knowledge of permitting and licensing.
