Project Manager

Location: United States; remote work. Existing U.S. work authorization is required. Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities for 50% or more of the time.

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 per year in on-target earnings, including base salary and any applicable target bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define and execute project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities among project teams, internal departments, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support service delivery, customer satisfaction, incident management, and client communications.
• Manage project risks, issues, progress, quality, deadlines, and budgets.
• Support change requests, customer presentations, project handover, and closure activities.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of project management foundations.
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time for client projects and shadowing opportunities.
• Degree in a technical discipline completed by June 8, 2026, a technical-related bootcamp, or relevant intern, co-op, or research experience.
• Working knowledge of technology, cloud, and application development.
• Commitment to professional self-development and pursuing relevant project management certifications.

Nice to have

• CAPM certification.
• Certified Junior Agile Project Manager certification from IAPM.
• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a related field.
