PMO Project Manager

Location: Canada; remote

hirify.global LLP's Corporate Services Team supports enterprise technology solutions and organizational initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects with different levels of complexity and strategic importance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, deliverables, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate project interdependencies, remove delivery barriers, and ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage stakeholders, executive sponsors, steering committees, workshops, project reviews, and leadership communications.
• Monitor risks, issues, changes, KPIs, benefits realization, and business outcomes.
• Support PMO intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive project management experience, including multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience leading medium-to-large cross-functional projects in complex organizational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align business and technical teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in a PMO or enterprise portfolio management environment.
• Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project portfolio and work management tools.
• Experience leading process improvement, technology implementation, organizational change, or operational transformation projects.
