Location: Fully remote, with residence in or relocation to the DC Metro area required; only US persons may interview. Up to 50% travel is required, primarily within the National Capital Region and to agency, partner, event, and team locations.
Salary: $325,000–$380,000 total on-target compensation annually, with a 50/50 split. Full-time roles are also eligible for stock options.

is a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company whose NodeZero platform delivers production-safe autonomous penetration tests and security assessment operations.
What you will do
- Own a named portfolio of cabinet-level civilian agencies and component organizations, carrying annual net-new ARR, expansion, and renewal-protection targets.
- Build mission-aligned account plans connecting NodeZero outcomes to mission systems, funded programs, sponsors, and production deployment paths.
- Generate self-sourced pipeline with agency CISO, ISSO, SOC, vulnerability management, RMF/ATO, and program-office stakeholders.
- Lead qualification, proof-of-value engagements, business-case development, executive readouts, negotiation, procurement, and closing.
- Navigate federal compliance requirements and contract vehicles, including FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF/ATO, GSA, GWACs/IDIQs, SEWP, BPAs, and Platform One.
- Develop distributor, reseller, and systems-integrator relationships while maintaining Salesforce pipeline hygiene, forecasts, customer expansion, and field intelligence.
Requirements
- Must reside in or relocate to the DC Metro area.
- Only US persons may interview; eligibility to obtain a US Federal Security Clearance is required if a customer program or engagement requires it.
- 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise technology sales experience, including 5+ years selling to U.S. federal civilian agencies and 3+ years selling cybersecurity, INFOSEC, or security SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated quota overachievement against a multi-million-dollar civilian quota, with verifiable relationships across multiple cabinet-level civilian agencies.
- Deep knowledge of federal procurement, appropriations and fiscal-year dynamics, contract vehicles, FedRAMP, FISMA, RMF/ATO, NIST, Zero Trust, CDM, POA&M, and CISA directives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise sales tools is required.
Nice to have
- Experience selling offensive security, penetration testing, breach and attack simulation, CTEM, or security validation solutions to federal customers.
- Experience opening greenfield civilian agency accounts and building program-level relationships.
- Experience selling a FedRAMP-authorized SaaS platform through package review, agency ATO, and production deployment.
- Government civilian, military, or federal contractor experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or program management.
- Familiarity with Challenger, question-based selling, and MEDDPICC-style qualification.
