What you will do

• Manage territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quotas.
• Execute new business acquisition, customer expansion, and renewals within the designated territory.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via outbound efforts, BDRs, channel partners, and marketing.
• Develop a deep technical understanding of hirify.global solutions to drive a consultative sales motion.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and insights for product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of meeting $1M+ annual targets and managing complex six-figure deals.
• Experience multithreading into the C-suite across large organizations to manage complex sales cycles.
• Must be based in the NYC Metro area.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, and G-suite.
