Advisory Solution Engineer - Enterprise (Identity Security)

Location: Remote, but residence in Chicago, Illinois, USA is required. Anticipated travel is approximately 25% within the United States, primarily the Western US.

Base salary for US-based employees: $116,900–$197,083.60, plus potential bonus or role-specific commission and possible equity participation.

What you will do

• Support enterprise pre-sales activities for the US West region in partnership with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions with business and technical needs.
• Present product capabilities, business value, competitive differentiation, and identity security concepts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations.
• Coordinate RFP responses with the dedicated RFP response team.
• Provide product enhancement feedback to Product Management and collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company.
• 8 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Residence in Chicago, Illinois, USA is required, with flexibility to travel within the US.
• A BA/BS or global equivalent is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 3+ years of experience with identity, governance, and access management solutions.
• Familiarity with IT audits, regulatory frameworks, SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA.
