Senior Sale Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote, with the ideal candidate located in the Boston Metro; up to 40% domestic travel required.

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 annually, with potential eligibility for a variable sales commission plan.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise identity security solutions, architecture, workflows, and ease of configuration.
• Conduct technical discovery, needs assessments, consultations, customer support, and solution design for prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Regional VPs, sales teams, global bid teams, and product management to respond to RFx and RFP inquiries.
• Deliver proofs of concept, manage scope and execution, and prioritize regional opportunities through closure.
• Provide field feedback, competitive intelligence, and content contributions for product strategy and marketing materials.
• Ramp and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, presentations, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept management.

Requirements

• At least five years of Solutions Engineering experience with success in Identity Governance and Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, or Identity Security.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MCP.
• In-depth knowledge of common cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent technical certifications and knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, relationship-building, and technical documentation skills.
