Senior Sales Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical expert for AtData platform capabilities and technologies during the acquisition phase.
• Lead sales calls and client visits, providing platform demos and translating requirements into functionality.
• Design conceptual models and solution proposals for prospective clients to ensure smooth implementation.
• Direct integration discussions and conduct formal handoffs to the Client Delivery team.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify and assess the feasibility of new platform use cases.
• Create and test development tickets for product enhancements and bugfixes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales.
• 5+ years of total experience in client-facing technical roles (e.g., Technical PM, Solution Architect).
• 2+ years of experience as a technical resource within a technology company's sales cycle.
• Proven experience with API integrations, REST web services, and data transfer methods (SFTP, AWS S3).
• Knowledge of database structures and queries.
• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or relevant technical certifications.
