Nurse Navigator (Telehealth)

Location: Remote within the United States; overnight shift from 10:45pm to 9:45am Eastern Time, four days per week with rotating days and every other weekend required.

Salary: $35.00–$37.00 per hour plus shift differentials for employment based in Colorado, Nevada, and New York.

What you will do

• Provide virtual care and customer service through live messaging, video, phone, and email.
• Assess patients and apply clinically validated triage protocols to direct them to appropriate care.
• Document patient interactions in EMR systems and coordinate lab, prescription, radiology, testing, and other care orders.
• Support basic nursing responsibilities, outpatient testing, and medication-related needs.
• Troubleshoot technology with patients and help maintain a seamless virtual care experience.
• Contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency and the telemedicine experience.

Requirements

• Active, compact, unencumbered RN license required.
• At least two years of clinical hospital experience; ICU or ER experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Strong critical-thinking, multitasking, communication, typing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and communicate with patients through text-based platforms and use new technology.
• Empathy, social perceptiveness, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• ICU or emergency room clinical experience.
