Nurse Navigator - Remote

Location: US - Remote; an active compact, unencumbered RN license in the state of residence is required.

Salary: $35.00–$37.00 per hour plus shift differentials for Colorado-, Nevada-, and New York-based employment.

What you will do

• Provide virtual care and customer service through live messaging, video, phone, and email.
• Assess and triage patients using clinically validated protocols and coordinate appropriate care.
• Document patient interactions and care activities in the EMR.
• Coordinate laboratory, prescription, radiology, and other patient-care orders.
• Troubleshoot technology with patients and support a seamless virtual care experience.
• Contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency, technology use, and the telemedicine experience.

Requirements

• Active compact, unencumbered RN license in the state of residence.
• 2+ years of clinical hospital experience; ICU or ER experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, multitasking, documentation, typing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to assess and communicate with patients through text-based platforms and adapt to new technology.
• Ability to work four days per week on rotating days, with every other weekend required; shifts are determined during the interview process.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• ICU or ER hospital experience.
