Senior Consultant - Salesforce Developer

Location: Remote, based in the United States; Austin, TX

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration tools.
• Translate functional and technical specifications into scalable Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services, middleware, and data migration tools.
• Collaborate with Architects, Consultants, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
• Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and production support requests while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 2–4 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, and configuration experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required; Platform Developer I certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce data management, deployments, source control, APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models, enterprise application design, Salesforce best practices, and CRM concepts.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with case management, interaction management, CTI, and related CRM technologies.
