Salesforce Developer (E-commerce)

TL;DR

Salesforce Developer (Salesforce/Apex): Designing and implementing scalable GTM business applications to power sales, marketing, and customer success motions with an accent on declarative-first solutions and custom Apex development. Focus on building high-quality LWC, API integrations, and modernizing the Salesforce org within a CI/CD environment.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $112,000 - $167,000

What you will do

• Design and build Salesforce solutions using a declarative-first approach, escalating to custom Apex and LWC development when necessary.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, admins, and product engineers to deliver scalable GTM systems.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish and maintain development standards for the team.
• Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap by identifying technical options and implementation paths for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models and automation.
• Experience with Git-based source control, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD environments.
• Must be based in the Austin, TX metro area to comply with the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketo-Salesforce integration.
• Familiarity with CPQ, Zuora, or subscription billing workflows.
• Experience with Experience Cloud or Knowledge.
• CTI platform experience (e.g., Five9, Genesys).
• Exposure to Salesforce Industries or Revenue Cloud.
